Refund policy

Varjelus.com has a 30-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

A return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been used, has not been removed from its product tags, and that the product is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase for the return.

Start the return process by sending us a message to info@varjelus.com. After a reply message, approved returns according to instructions provided.

If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the package. Varjelus.com does not reimburse the costs of returns. We will not accept or refund products that are returned to us without first contacting our customer service by email.

Damage and issues

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so we can assess the problem and correct it where possible. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and purchase a new product once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

Unless otherwise stated in the above terms, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when received, has not been used or worn, has not had any tags removed, and is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you when your return has been received and reviewed. We will also let you know whether we will accept your refund. If your refund is accepted, your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and deposit it into your account.
