1. Disclaimer for product use:
This product is intended only as a passive storage solution and case for charging and storing the phone. It does not contain its own electromechanical or charging components. The user is responsible for using only charging cables and power supplies recommended by the phone manufacturer, certified and in good condition. Varjelus is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the user's devices during charging or storage.
2. Material durability and safety:
The product is made of glass. Although it is designed to safely store your phone and effectively limit the spread of possible flames, glass is a fragile material by nature. Drops, strong impacts or extreme temperature fluctuations may cause the product to break. Varjelus is not responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by broken glass, or damage to the phone when the phone is stored in this case. We do not claim that our product prevents fires with complete certainty - it significantly reduces the risk of battery fires spreading. Please note this when using the Varjelus charging case.
3. Usage restrictions:
The protective charging case weighs approximately 2 kg and is made of glass. The product is intended for indoor use and as a stationary storage solution. It is not suitable for outdoor use, as a transport case, or in situations where the phone is exposed to active movement or vibration. Avoid storing the case where small children can reach it.

All images, texts, logos and other content displayed on the website are the property of Varjelus, unless otherwise stated. Copying, modifying or using the materials for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes will primarily be resolved amicably by contacting customer service (info@varjelus.com).
If an agreement is not reached, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution:
